Ring in the new year with this fun class where we use Pilates to help optimize function and dynamic conditioning. Major topics addressed include shoulder function, spine mobility, core stability, balance, and foot conditioning. Participants will learn a variety of tools that they can continue working on independently. Various levels are welcome to attend and exercises will be tailored to allow for everyone to have a safe and valuable experience. $40/person
